.. so current Enterprise customers can only look through the window while staying outside the house and freeze during holidays?
According to the terms, it looks like you’ll get the free licenses until your upgrade protection runs out..

We offer promotions throughout the year for all of our products and each benefits different groups of customers. I’m sorry this particular one doesn’t quite fit your needs but I’m sure many of our past promotions have, and rest assured some future promotion will as well!
This is definitely a promotion that our partners are using to introduce our customers base to their technologies, and it took a lot of work on our end to make it happen. The terms and availability of the promotional items were negotiated and we did our best to make the resulting promotion available to the largest number of customers possible.
The current festive promo is discriminatory ,We have SmarterMail Enterprise license but not the SmarterTrack. Please reconsider your offer. Maybe you can offer discounted pricing for the above mentioned addons.

The dates and other specifics are negotiated and dictated by the partners participating in the promotion. Our hands are tied.
